From product list to physical labels

Spend your time applying labels—not rebuilding them one by one.

The generator handles repeat quantities, check digits and page layout while keeping your source data private.

Turn one CSV into a complete sheet

Add a quantity per row to create repeated labels for each SKU. A 3 × 8 A4 layout gives you 24 labels per page without manual duplication.

Catch unusable values before printing

EAN-13 and UPC-A check digits are verified. Short base values receive a calculated check digit, while invalid rows are identified before export.

Leave with a real production file

Download a printable HTML sheet, an editable SVG, a high-resolution PNG or a cleaned CSV manifest immediately—without an email gate.

Practical barcode format guide

Choose the format your scanner and workflow actually need.

Using the right symbology prevents wasted labels and scanning failures. This quick reference is based on the rules enforced by the generator.

Format comparison

Start with the destination: internal inventory, retail checkout or a phone-readable link.

Format Best for Accepted input
Code 128 Internal SKUs, bins and assets ASCII letters, numbers and punctuation

QR URLs, short instructions and identifiers Up to 106 UTF-8 bytes in this generator

Three-step workflow

Preview first. Print only when the sheet looks right.

No account setup or email delivery step sits between your data and the finished file.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to my CSV—and what can I download?

Is this bulk barcode generator really free?

Yes. You can preview and download print HTML, SVG, PNG and CSV files without creating an account or entering an email address.

Is my product data uploaded to a server?

No. The file is read with browser APIs and processed in this tab. The downloadable files are generated locally using Blob URLs; the page does not send your CSV to a server.

What CSV columns can I use?

Use value, name, quantity. The value column is required. Name is optional and appears beneath the barcode. Quantity controls how many copies of that row are placed on the sheet. A file without headers is treated as one barcode value per row.

Does the tool calculate EAN-13 and UPC-A check digits?

Yes. Enter 12 digits for EAN-13 or 11 digits for UPC-A and the final check digit is added. If you provide the complete value, its check digit is verified before rendering.

Which download should I use for label printing?

The print HTML file is the quickest route to paper and preserves page dimensions. SVG is useful for editing or a vector workflow. PNG provides a high-resolution image of the first sheet, while CSV exports the cleaned manifest and calculated values.

Why should I test one printed page first?

Scanner performance depends on physical size, printer resolution, contrast, label stock and print scaling. Print at 100% scale and scan a test page before producing a large batch.
