  1. Check your move-out notice deadline

    Check your lease for the notice period and contact details.

  2. Find out how to arrange electricity, gas, and water

    Check the deadlines and whether you need to be present.

  3. Pack one box of items you don't need now

    Start with out-of-season clothes and label the box with its contents.

Remove tasks that don't apply, such as giving notice if you own your current home.

Put today's tasks on your calendar or on paper

How to use your saved files

Track tasks in a spreadsheet
The CSV includes your moving date, packing and arrangement progress, task names, details to check, and a completion column. Open it in Excel or another spreadsheet to add contact details and application dates.
Add tasks to today's calendar
The ICS file contains all-day events for today. Import it into a compatible calendar app. Saving the file alone does not add events to your calendar or set up reminders.
Resume in the same browser
Your date and checked tasks are saved in your browser. If browser storage is restricted, you can still get suggestions and export files during your visit. On a shared device, clear your saved information when you're finished.
Checks beyond this list
Local authority notifications and arrangements involving schools, employers, vehicles, or pets vary by household. Check official guidance from your local authority and providers for the requirements and deadlines that apply.
